Art-therapy involves the creation and exploration of artistic productions with an art therapist. It allows the creative expression of emotions, awareness and self-discovery in a safe and welcoming space. No talent or knowledge of art is necessary to benefit from it.

Dramatherapy is an active bodily approach based on experience. It is an approach that allows participants to tell their stories, identify their goals, work on their issues and express their emotions. Through theater and its tools, all the complexity and depth of our inner life can be actively explored and thus allow the establishment of positive and rewarding interpersonal relationships.
