Every Tuesday from September 12th to October 17th 2017, 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Mindfulness is the daily practice of transforming stress and anxiety into ease and centeredness through connecting with the present moment. Caregivers will learn during this 6 week process, how to eliminate stress, work with their fears and accept what they cannot change.
