L'EQUIPE ENTREPRISE
L'Equipe Entreprise is an employment program for adults who have a mental illness. It provides part time work in areas of catering & cooking. Persons are able to retain the safety net of social assistance while receiving an additional amount for their work involvement. L'Equipe Entreprise is a great place to begin gaining the skills needed to re-integrate into the work force, and the food is excellent as well!

OMEGA DAY CENTRE
Omega offers opportunities for some people to work at the centre. Jobs include maintenance, secretarial work and kitchen aid. These positions are part of a government-sponsored employment-reinsertion program.

L'ARRIMAGE
L'Arrimage has specialized employment programs for persons with mental illness who wish to reintegrate into the work force. Their services include evaluation and counseling, training and preparation for employment, job search, work placement, and follow up.

CENTRE BIENVENUE
Centre Bienvenue provides a warm and caring environment where members with a mental illness can meet, interact and feel secure. They provide structured activities to help members with active daily living and socialization. They also provide educational readaptation and reintegration programs.

IPS PROGRAM
The IPS program (Individual Placement and Support Program) is for adults living with severe and persistent mental health disorders. The program offers participants an individualized and personalized support of variable duration and intensity, according to the participant's needs. The IPS aims at finding participants a competitive employment, which will respond to their interests, strengths, and weaknesses.

ZONE TRANSIT
This program offers psycho-educational workshops focusing on acquiring multiple skills, cognitive and interpersonal, aiming at developing, to the maximum, the potential of each participant in regard to professional integration which also included a training (stage) at the City of Pierrefonds (public library and civil engineering) and at the West Island Emergency Funds. Trainings (stages) are used to implement, in a practical way, the newly acquired skills of the psycho-educational workshops. They are also viewed as the corner stone of the program since it allows us to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each individual who is immersed in a context similar to employment
