(I.E. 7.0) You can enable blocked content - click on protection banner "Click here for options...." then click drop down menu option "Allow Blocked Content...." or you can adjust security settings, instructions below.
Open your browser (I.E. 7.0).
Click on Tools button (it is located in the upper part of the screen).
Select Internet Options.
Click on Security tab.
Click on Custom Level.
Scroll down until you see section labeled. Active Scripting.
Select Enable.
Click OK to save changes.
Confirm Yes and click OK.
Close and restart the browser.

Firefox
Open your browser (Firefox).
Click on Tools button (it is located in the upper part of the screen) or Click on Edit for some versions of Firefox.
Select Options if from Edit Select Preferences.
Click on Content tab.
Select Enable JavaScript.
Click OK to save changes.
Reload your browser.
