Participants will be able to explore difficulties related to mental health disorders, their thoughts and feelings as well as way to cope with complex situations by using their inner resources.
Sharing with others in a supportive environment allows participants to find new strategies and offers a break social isolation. Thematic workshops invite participants to experiment with a variety of art materials. The art therapist will present relaxation techniques, as well as drawing, writing, collage and printmaking activities. The workshop aims to develop new ways of self expression and self understanding while fostering stimulating dialogue and sharing.
Participants do not require any artistic skills or experience to join the group.
