Being Around an Anxious Person

This is a series of 6 family based psycho educational classes that are designed for caregivers. It allows them to learn about the criteria for major anxiety disorders. It will also provide an in-depth understanding of what a loved one is experiencing. Families will explore their feelings and thoughts about anxiety and develop appropriate ways to cope.
