Mindfulness is the daily practice of transforming stress and anxiety into ease and centeredness through connecting with the present moment with an open mind and without judgment. It has been shown to promote resilience, reduce stress and anxiety by training your attention and your brain.
Caregivers will gradually learn how to reduce overthinking and work with their worries. This practice promotes the acceptance of what is there, including what we cannot change.
